Attorney McAvoy began practicing in Spartanbug, Sourth Carolina, with Legal Service Corporation, in 1993. In 1995, Attorney McAvoy joined the Spartanbug County Public Defender’s Office. Returning to the Appleton Area in 2000, Attorney McAvoy joined Block, Seymour & Samson, S.C., in August, 2001. In 2002, that firm merged with Chudacoff & Liebzeit, S.C., and became Block, Seymour, Chudacoff, Samson & Liebzeit, S.C. in 2015, Attorney McAvoy became a partner. Upon the retirement of Attorney Harvey Samson, Attorney McAvoy joined John Daniels, in March, 2018, in Daniels & McAvoy, S.C. Attorney McAvoy brings 26 years of experience in all areas of civil law. Attorney McAvoy is also and adjunct professor at Fox Valley Technical College, teaching Introduction to Business Law.

When not working, Pam is busy with her three teenaged children and their many activities, including sports and sailing on Lake Winnebago.
